GS Manpower Services ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
What we collect
Employer enquiries
- Organisation name, contact person, mobile number and optional email
- Details of your staffing requirement: roles, headcount, location, shifts and timeline
Job applications
- Name, mobile number, preferred role, experience, location and availability
- Your resume, if you choose to upload one
We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or health information through this website. Please do not include them in a resume or message.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals
- To match applicants with suitable jobs and contact them about openings
- To keep records we are required to keep by law
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Who can see it
Only authorised GS Manpower Services staff. An applicant's profile is shared with a prospective employer only after we have spoken with the applicant. We use trusted service providers for website hosting and secure form storage, under contracts that require them to protect your data. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after the last contact. Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you are placed with us. After that, the data is deleted automatically.
How we protect it
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions and resumes are encrypted before they are stored, and only authorised staff can open them through a password-protected admin panel. Every view, change and deletion is logged.
Cookies and analytics
The website works without cookies. With your permission only, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Your rights
